A Lesson on the Constitution

Senior Fellow at WHO radio think tank for truth, John Haskins, joins Steve Deace to respond to audio from a recent Des Moines Register roundtable on same-sex "marriages" in Iowa.

Click HERE and go down about one page length and look for "Veritas: Register Sodomy Panel".
Listen to the interview and understand why same-sex "marriages" are illegal in Iowa and Massachusetts.

“Sodomy permission slips”????????

Scia I tried to listen, but these people can’t stop using the word “sodomy”. Forget about the FACT that not even half of homosexuals use sodomy to fulfill their desires. If these freaks (the folks at who radio) can’t start using at least a modicum of respectable language I refuse to listen and refuse with prejudice to consider them worthy of the merest amount of respect. I wouldn’t listen to a pro-homosexual group that I felt was as disrespectful as Who to your side.

I really liked the statement “study of truth” I wish they would use it in reality.

Sodomy, homosexual sin, gay...whatever it is called. Can you refute what they are saying?

“Can you refute what they are saying?”

Not at all. I won’t even try. I only listened to maybe 10 minutes of the thing and became kind of weirded out that someone actually pays this guy to talk on the radio; and what’s worse is that others actually listen. I don’t begrudge anyone from being passionate about their beliefs, but just as I would consider some groups on the pro-ssm side too out there to be considered seriously this is just on the opposite side of the spectrum… too far out there to be taken seriously. And ANYONE who is going to say that marriage licenses for homosexuals ought to be called “sodomy permission slips” is a freaking nut case. Come on Scia, this guy makes you sound almost permissible.

I listened to that piece of trash. More of the same. Half-truths, distortions, misdirection, all the while pandering to the right, with a healthy dose of smarmy mutual ballwashing.

They can talk until they are blue in the face, but they will not change the fact that marriage equality is the law in six states, including Massachusetts and Iowa.

Ken and Anonymous,

I am a true believer in presentation skills. The tone of someone's voice and the Demeanor they present carries a lot of weight with me. You could talk about how Elvis is still alive and make it sound truthfull, or you could sound like a smart a** and not one person will believe your story.

I will have to agree with you Ken, that a smart, sarcastic tone to the truth will most definately throw people off and not listen to what you have to say. Mr. Haskins is a little blunt...O.K., a lot of blunt, and I think he needs to "tone it down a little" times, not all the time, to get more people to listen to what he has to say. On the other hand, his message is dead on.

If you say so Scia, but I don’t believe it for a second.

His message is dead on? He is dead on wrong, if that's what you mean. Haskins does not understand the Constitution and just keeps flapping his jaws with the same sad garbage.

Seriously...if you think Haskins is wrong...proove your point instead of making a blanket opinion and passing it off as fact.

Are you articulate enough to make a point or intelectually too lazy to put two thoughts together??

How do you talk with that fish hook in you mouth? LOL!!!

It's become abundantly clear that when faced with the obvious, your defense is to tell the person who has pointed out the obvious to you to show you the facts which constitute the obvious.

You are intellectually deficient.

Take out the hook. Go get some information for yourself, rather than the pre-digested pap of the Talibangeilically funded anti-gay hate groups.
