Insanity - Doing the Same Thing Over and Over Again and Expecting a Different Result.

California voters will ONCE again be able to vote on the definition of marriage one week from this upcoming Tuesday. Voters will be able to cast their ballots on Proposition 8 which states the following:

"Only marriage between a man and a woman is valid and recognized in California."
61% of California voters approved a measure in 2001, Proposition 22, with the EXACT 14 letters as stated above. My question is why are they voting on it again???
It has already been established in a crystal clear format that gay "marriage" is NOT legal in the U.S. and can NOT be approved or disaproved of by ANY judicial system. (please refer to my post "Facts Do Not Cease To Exist Because They Are Ignored." - Aldous Huxley" for further details.)
California...your waisting your time!!
Click HERE regarding how four states will vote on gay "marriage" in November...or will the black robes decide how these states voted because they think they have law making authority?? Does anyone understand how the 3 levels of government work???

They are voting for it again because the California Supreme Court held that Section 300 of the California Family Code violated the equal protection clause of the California Constitution.

The voters of California had earlier approved Proposition 22, which changed the Code, not the Constitution.

dmurphy98,

You just prove a point of mine in which I repeat constantly here and in which has not been refuted with FACTS: The courts of the land CAN NOT determine the voice of the people when they vote on an issue. It is as plain and simple as that.

As was well written by Mr. Gregg Jackson in a previous post of mine titled "Facts Do Not Cease To Exist Because They Are Ignored." - Aldous Huxley:

"...the court doesn’t have the constitutional authority to re-write the marriage statute nor any other initiative statute for that matter. According to the California Constitution, only the people can revoke or amend an initiative statute such as Prop 22. Same-sex “marriage” remains, therefore, illegal" (in California).

Thanks for stopping by.
